1999 Flagstaff popup tent trailer 18' (posted: 5/7/2008) 1999 FLAGSTAFF 824ST TENT TRAILER 18' This trailer sleeps 8 ( 1 large queen, 1 queen, the dinette folds down into a large single or 3/4 bed, and the kitchen table folds down into a bed for 2 children ). It has a propane furnace, a 3 way fridge, a spare tire on rim, a water storage tank, a sink with running water hooked up to the storage tank or an external tap, a Safe T Alert propane gas detector and a 2' storage area the full width of the trailer. The interior is very clean and in good/excellent condition. There are privacy curtains for the large queen and queen sleeping areas. The canvas does not leak. The zippers, screens and canvas are in excellent condition. This trailer closed box length is 14'6" and it opens to 22'. It pulls easily with a minivan and is light enough to not require using it's electric braking system. A quiet little getaway (posted: 5/2/2008) I'm selling my trailer/camp located within Twilight Camp which is located 30 minutes east of North Bay (just past Rutherglen) and is situated on Smith Lake. The Campground is very clean and quiet and includes a boat launch, games/tv room for the kids, showers and of course a swimming area. The Eau Claire Gorge is a 5 minute drive and Algonquin Park (Kiosk) is less than 30km away. Lakes are rivers surround the area so the fishing is fantastic. The trailer is 16 feet long with a built on additional room and deck. There is a shed, private dock and firepit. The trailer has a propane stove and small bathroom and can sleep 3, the addition can sleep 2. The addition has a full-sized fridge, sofabed, table and chairs. There is also a BBQ.
